Jake was one of my dearest friends...we became acquainted through fly fishing and after our very first trip together we knew we both enjoyed rifling through the woods, chasing brook trout...as he used to put it, “catching fish where most men can’t even get a drink of water!” Haha! It wasn’t just the fact that we both loved rummaging through the high country...Boots had an unmatched personality that I considered to be much like my own. His charisma was uncanny and I truly loved being around him! I love you and already miss you so much Bootsie!
