Ricky D. Earls, 61, of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, June 22, 2016. A native of Swain County, he was the son of the late D.C. Jr. and Maxine Cochran Earls.
He is survived by his life partner, Barbara Bowman of Whittier; one son, Michael S. Earls; two sisters, Kim Earls Cochran and husband Fred Weeks of Bryson City, Pam Earls Guyer and husband David of Byron, GA; one brother, James Earls and wife Janice of Bryson City; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, June 25, 2016 at DeHart Cemetery. Rev. Dale Green will officiate. Crisp Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
