To Snookie & kids:
Please know that although I cannot make it down there for his funeral service, my thoughts and prayers are with you and the rest of the family.
I just loved my Great Uncle Jr. (& great aunt Frances too) and will never forget his accent. The way he spoke made it no secret that he was proud of where he came from.
He was one of a kind. Sadly they don't make many men like him anymore. May he REST IN PEACE!!
SINCERELY,
AMY LOPEZ-HERNANDEZ

I am very sorry for your loss. I didn't know Uncle James as well as you all, but my father Roy Lackey often spoke fond of him.(he was Franks son). Prayers and blessings to you all
