I would like to express my sincere condolences to the Dugan family. I had the pleasure of caring for Mr. Dugan while he was a resident at MVM. It was an honor to care for him. I find comfort in knowing that Harold was not alone during his last moments and was well taken care of and loved very much. He was a very smart, witty & humorous man and was very, very proud of his family. Numerous times he shared family stories with us, as laughter filled the room, the presence of love was abundant. Just as I am comforted knowing Harold is in a better place, I hope that your family does as well. Just as you will, we will miss him.

Dear Family,
I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Dugan several years ago as I believe he was in my mother's graduating class at Swain Hi and Elizabeth just happened to be my mother's best friend too. My mother is Esther Lee McGuire Cole. She sends her deepest sympathy and condolences. They had good times at the Class Reunions, catching up on each other's life stories! God Bless you all during this time of loss.

Harold was really one of a kind. He always had a smile on his face and would surprise us with gum or candy when he brought mail. He truly was a good man and I know all that ever meet him will feel sadness today.

We are truly sorry for your lose. Harold was a wonderful and sweet man. He was far more than a mailman. He was neighbor and friend to everyone on his mail routes.
Many people depended on him to bring medicine and other things to them, when they had no transportation to get to town. God Bless Harold he truly was a beloved neighbor.
