Obituary of Flonnie Peeler

Flonnie Smith Peeler, 84, of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord Thursday May 28, 2015 in a Jackson County Hospital. A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late George and Hettie Anthony Smith and wife of the late Clyde Peeler. She worked at Nabers Drive in for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her sons, Roger and Joe Peeler; daughter, Juanita Brady; granddaughter, Judy Brady and great grandson, Carl Sellers; two sisters, Alma Pilkington and Gloria Campbell.
She is survived by her stepdaughter, Wanda Bibles of Greenville, TN; three granddaughters, Shirley and Anita Brady and Toni Allen all of Bryson City; four great grandsons, one great great grandson; one brother, Don Smith of Morganton, NC; and one sister, Lexie Kirkland of Enka NC.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday at Lauada Cemetery. Rev. Mike Cogdill will officiate.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Sunday at Crisp Funeral Home.
