Nannie Martin Clampitt, 102, of Gray, GA died Thursday, April 28, 2011. She was born on January 14, 1909 in Franklin, NC and had lived in Gray, GA for the past 14 years. She was a homemaker and was a member of Wesser Creek Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Norman Clampitt and daughter, Bonnie Owenby.
She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Odell and Linda Clampitt of Gray, GA, Warren Clampitt of Lake Sinclair; and her daughter and son-in-law, Azalee and Wade Eller of Laurel Springs, NC.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2011 in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Roy Lindsay will officiate with burial in the Holly Springs Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
