Dear Irene and Family,
I will always remember Gladys, she was so precious. We would sit in the lobby and talk and laugh. Dr. Brummitt will always remember her bringing her precious "muffy" all the way from Bryson City to see him. I loved her so much, and her last words were always "I love you" as she was leaving. I feel honored to have known that wonderful lady.

May God Bless and keep you close in your time of sorrow. May the good and loving memories of your mother help you through this time of heartache and grief. Your mother will never leave you, she will always be in your heart and just a thought away. I, Mildred, will always remember our good times that we shared growing up.

Billy, Irene and family,
I will never forget your mom and the many kindnesses she showed to me when I was just out of high school, went to work at Heritage Quilts, where she and Billy worked at the time. She always had the time to help me out if I needed it, I appreciated it so much. Being from Roundhill I got to enjoy her beautiful flowers each year and just knowing she was there was a great feeling. I will truly miss her as I am sure all of you will. She always had a smile for everyone and you know that the closest connection we have, just a smile helps so much. If every there is anything I can do for you please let me know.
