I worked with Beulah many years ago at C.J. Harris Hospital. What a priviledge to know and work with this wonderful lady. She was kind to everyone and so compassionate to her patients. She was truly a blessing to everyone she met.

She was a tower of moral strength and commitment in action. I admired her love for her home, church, and community. I was always glad to see her and talk with her on the roadside, in her home, and at church. A cousin without peer, Beulah endeared herself to me an my family from the time of George Moore's Laundry where she worked with her sisters (Aunt Edna, Aunt Ella, and Aunt Bonnie); I was glad to work with them in the Laundry, too.
I will miss her welcome smile and expressions of care.
Memories and experiences of love and gratitude will be cherished by me and the Thomas Family.
Peace, grace and comfort to you.
Herman Thomas for the Thomas family(Sonny, Bubby, Rick, and Pearl).

Beulah Sudderth was indeed a fine, true friend of the Jack and Dorothy Lyday family. She believed in heart based living - that is she lived her life from the heart. Isn't that what life is all about? My Mother, Dorothy Lyday passed away this summer and Beulah sat with our family at the service to bring care and comfort to all.She was indeed a part of us. Beulah had much to teach for those who were open to receive. I know we are all better people for having Beulah in our lives. Love and Peace to you.

I knew miss Beulah only a few years and I'm so proud to have known her. I remember the Thanksgiving of 2009 when she held, I'm sure one of her many fabulous dinners, we had a wonderful time singing and of course eating, she made us really feel at home and that was when I was introduced to that most awesome black walnut cake. I'm really gonna miss her. With our deepest sympathy.

Beulah was a blessing to our family. She was a fine lady. We enjoyed talking with her and spending time together. We will miss her smiling face here on the hill. It was so uplifting to pass by and see her wave and smile with that little sparkle. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Beulah was without question one of the finest women it has ever been my privilege to know. Hard working, compassionate, endowed with a world of common sense, and deeply caring, she was truly one of God's good and glorious creatures. She helped with house work and other things at my father's house, especially after my mother's death, but more significantly she was a good friend to him--always willing to sit down and chat, help out in any way she could, and simply serve as a cure for loneliness which was a problem for him in later years. The way she cared for her sisters, helped folks in the community like my father, worked with healing hands and a warm heart at the hospital, and lived a Godly life was an inspiration to all who knew her. I'm proud to have called her friend and I'll miss our cheerful conversations, the opportunity to give her a mess of trout or some food from the garden, and the wonderful walnut cakes she baked. I do have a Christmas cactus she rooted for me (a green thumb was one of her many attributes) to serve as a wonderful reminder of this fine woman.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all, and I know I speak for all the Casada family when I say the same holds true for them.

Beulah was a delight and quite an inspiration; I always felt priviledged to be around her. She was a dear friend and care giver to my father-in-law, Commodore Casada. I will never forget her warm, caring smile and mild manner. Her black walnut pound cakes were out of this world! She added joy to my life and many others.
With deep sympathy and caring,
Ann Casada
