Obituary of Jerry Lee Cochran

Jerry Lee Cochran, 44, of Bryson City, went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, September 17, 2014 in San Diego, CA. A native of Swain County, he was the son of Dee Wayne and Hester Maney Cochran of Bryson City. He was a member of the Alarka Baptist Church. He was an avid Fisherman.
In addition to his parents he is survived by three children Mark Nathaniel Malone Parris, Louis Ray Shalako Cochran, and Rebecca Natasha Marie Parris all of Bryson City; two sisters, Crystal Styles of Bryson City, and Joyce Crouse of Statesville, NC; three brothers, Michael Cochran, Cecil Cochran, and Kevin Brown all of Bryson City.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Jeremy Morton will officiate with burial in the Brendle Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
