Obituary of Imogene Watson

Imogene Watson, 78, of Bryson City, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, December 20, 2013 at her residence. A native of Graham County, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Pauline Cable Walls. She was a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church. She retired from Swain Medical Center after 22 years of service. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Ed Watson; one brother Sonny B. Walls and wife Carlene of Candler, NC; three daughters Donna Millsaps and husband Curt, Paula Watson, and Meredith Watson all of Bryson City; two granddaughters, Mandy Anthony and husband Brian of Candler, NC, and Eliza Watson of Bryson City, and one great granddaughter, Payton Anthony of Candler, NC. Memorial Services will be held 6:00 PM Monday December 23, 2013 at Deep Creek Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 PM Monday at the Church. Crisp Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
