Sharon Northrup, 60, passed away on April 2, 2013. Born in Anchorage, Alaska, she moved around while growing up before settling in Florida. A resident of Jackson County for the past 34 years, she was known for her love of the mountains, sense of humor, and ability to make people smile. For the past three years, she spent most of her free time seeing her granddaughter, Abigail.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William Northrup, in 2010. She is survived by two sons, Christian Northrup of Hendersonville and Eric Northrup of Whittier.
No funeral services are scheduled at this time.
