Roseanna: So sorry t hear about your mom's passing. You and Rich are in our thoughts and prayers. The poem below helped me with the loss of my brother. Maybe it will give you some peace. Do not stand at my grave and weep I am not there, I do not sleep I am a thousands winds that blow; I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain; I am the gentle autumn's rain. We were shocked and saddened to hear about Betty Lou. We have been friends since our first year in school. She did a good job serving as Sec/Treasurer for the Reunion Committee, class of `51. We visited most times when we were in Bryson City, and were in contact via computer very often, in fact as late as Monday & Tuesday. Like so many others, we will miss her. Our thoughts and prayers are with Roseanna and Mike and the other family members. Ann T. & Jim Welch (in SC)

We feel blessed to have known Bett! Her special beautiful spirit was an inspiration to me. I remember so well when Bett and I drove from Hilton Head to Ashevile together.. and her beautiful music when she came over and played my piano for me.. special moments in time -memories that will last forever. I feel blessed that she had Roseanna - by dearest friend !! Our prayers are with you and our hearts are heavy - but find peace in knowing that she is eternally with God in beauty we can only imagine!! We love you, Elaine & Ed King
