Raleigh Grant, 77, of the Euchella Community in Bryson City, NC passed away Saturday June 15, 2024. A native of Swain County, he was the son of the late Jesse James and Velma Roper Grant. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jennifer Manuel; son-in-law, Rex Cummings; three brothers, Joseph Grant, Jesse Mitchell Grant, and David Grant; his beloved dog, Love Bug.
He is survived by his children, Raleigh Jeremy Grant and wife Kelsey Nicole, Joshua Wesley Grant, Jacob Ryan Grant, Barbara Ann Lamb, Tammy Cummings, Shannon Keith, Keith Lamb; 11 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; siblings, Evelyn Taylor, Linda Hogue and husband Dale, Vance Grant and wife Brenda, Lance Grant and wife Shirley, Marvin Grant.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, June 21, 2024 at Silvermine Baptist Church. Rev. Sam McMahan will officiate with burial at Silvermine Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM Friday, June 21, 2024 at the Church.
