Shirley Ann Lollis, 80, of Bryson City passed away Friday, May 17, 2024 at Tsali Care Center in Cherokee. A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Minnie Ball Lollis and sister of the late Linda Faye Ollis. She was a member of Deep Creek Baptist Church. She retired from the NC Department of Transportation with 25 years of service. She is survived by her aunt and uncle, Robert and Ann Coggins; other family members, Barry and Collette Coggins, Brooke Barrett (Austin), Baby Jax, Cory Coggins, Scott Woody, Betty and Floyd Bowers; special friends, Sandy and Eddie Deitz, Nancy Shuler, Jean Carson, and Beth Gibson. She was a warrior for the Lord. She loved all of her family and was always a hard worker and caregiver. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Revs. Tony Cochran and Eddie Deitz will officiate with burial in Swain Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Norbert Santoyo, Corey Coggins, James Bowers, Charles Bryson, Chad Sutton, Russell Wiggins, and Scott Woody.
