Dear Family,
Jean was a pleasure to know. We had many chats about family (Cole’s) and reminisced about days of old. She was always positive and cheerful, never a dull conversation with Jean! I will miss our visits and I know you will miss her too. Jean loved her family deeply. Sending my prayers and love to the family.

Well, we lost a very good friend Saturday. She had the best personality and more spunk than anyone I have ever known. Everyone loved to be around her because of her love for everyone. We will cherish all the good and wonderful memories with her. She always told me to slow down, because she had to take 2 steps to my one! Our deepest condolences for Ann and family. Love you all. Sam and Nancy

Jean and Joe were the best of friends with my parents, Walter and Rose Riley. I know Jean and Joe were the best of friends to many. I have happy memories of laughing, dancing and story telling with Jean while out on the town with my parents and The Gang. My mother valued Jean’s friendship greatly. She is already missed. This photo includes Jean and Joe and most of The Gang at my wedding in 1983.

She was Momma Jean to me, always sharing her laughter, insights, answers to sewing questions, and trying her best to make a cook out of me.
Having her in one’s Sunday School class you had to be on your toes for her questions. From her I learned to be prepared.
I’ll miss our talks.

So sorry to hear. I have so many fond memories of Jean when I was growing up. My dad worked for Almond Oil and Ann and I were/are friends. Lots of fun times camping at Indian Creek.
