Frank Thomas Purcell, 67, of Fort Pierce Florida passed away unexpectedly July 8, 2023. He was a born November 29, 1955, to the late Gerald and Shirley Orlish Purcell. He called both Fort Pierce and Bryson City, NC, home. He enjoyed living life to its fullest, deep-sea fishing, and motorcycles anything from racing to cruising. He was a caregiver for his late wife prior to her death.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Elsa who fought a battle with ALS and by a sister Patricia.
He is survived by his brother Gerald Purcell of Bryson City, NC; a nephew Robert Lelfer of Davidson, NC; a nephew Cody of Chattanooga, TN; and many other special people who he called friend.
A celebration of life will be held later and will be announced by the family.
