Obituary of Ralph Mack Donald Millsaps

Ralph Mack Donald Millsaps 84 of the Franklin Community went home to be with our Heavenly Father, Monday March 13, 2023, at his home. He was born March 3, 1939, to the late James and Aglestia Green Millsaps in Swain County NC.
Ralph worked and retired from the NC DOT after 33 years of service. Ralph loved his family and cherished each moment he had with them.
In addition to his parents is preceded in death by his brothers: Dillard and Joe Millsaps.
He is survived by Hazel, of the home, his brothers: Robert Millsaps, and Eldon (Buddy) Millsaps; sisters: Beatrice Hyde, Evelyn Millsaps, Wanda Millsaps, Tiny Hyatt, and Imogene Greene; as well as many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Pallbearers will be James Green, Elisha Messer, Roger Millsaps, Randy Millsaps, Levi Collins, and Dalton Millsaps.
A funeral service will be held at the Chapel of Crisp Funeral Home Wednesday March 15, 2023, at 2:00pm with a receiving of friends beginning at 1:00pm prior to the service. The Rev. Dale Green will officiate. Burial at the Laurel Branch Cemetery will be held after the Service.
