Esther Clampitt, 83, of the Wesser Creek Community went home to be with the Lord Friday, October 14, 2022.
She was the daughter of the late Walter and Apsie Higham.
She was of the Baptist Faith.
Esther is survived by her husband of 65 years, Lance Clampitt; daughter, Kathy Clampitt; son, Rickie Clampitt; grandchildren, Landy, Tara, Coby, Malorie, Kayla; sister, Ellen Higham; and twin brother, Arthur Higham.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Burial will be at Swain Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
