Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Dills
Mary Mashburn Dills, 68, of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord Thursday, June 16, 2022. A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late Grady and Candace Styles Mashburn. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Dills, and siblings, Ulysses, Claudell, Billy, Tommy, Sammy, Warren G. Bobby Lee and Marvin.
She is survived by her children, Edward Dills and wife Agnes of Bryson City, Kira Dills of Bryson City, Eric Dills and wife Jeanette of Bryson City, and Adam Dills of Whittier; grandchildren, Diren Dills, and Devin Dills, and siblings, Odessa Dills, Johnnie May Hogue, June Carol Pendergrass, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday at Crisp Funeral Home Chapel. Preacher Sam McMahan will officiate with burial at Wesser Creek Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
