Jason Anthony Wade, 47, passed on into the stars, on Sunday, April 3, 2022. He was the son of the late T. Lee Wade; one sister, Kimberly Wade.
He is survived by his mother Brenda Wade; Children, Denise and Thomas Wade; Brother, Kevin Wade; sister, Becky Mooney and husband Timmy, and several nieces and nephews.
A private family memorial service will be held at a late date.
Crisp Funeral Home is assisting the family.
