Obituary of Dexter Troy Winchester

Dexter T. Winchester, 59, of the Kirklands Creek Community went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, December 21, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his father, Troy Winchester; grandparents, Thad and Margie B. Styles; and uncle, Thad Styles, Jr.
Dexter was a longtime truck driver with HMC Paving and was an avid hunter.
He is survived by his mother, Emmie Styles Winchester; son, Michael Winchester (Kayla); grandchildren, Edgar and Hunter Winchester; sister, Cindy Holden; brothers, J.T. (Jamie) and Danny Winchester; and nephews, W.T. Holden and Jude Winchester.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Revs. Ercell Green, J.T. Winchester, Chris Nations and Jim Frady will officiate with burial in the Holly Springs Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 to 1 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Mark Fortner, James Carter, Scott Cody, Scott Rollins, Edgar and Jude Winchester.
