HAZEL MARIE LEMMONS COOK 97,
Of Bryson City Branch Community went to be with the Lord-July 9 2021
She was the daughter of the late Horace Gordon and Hattie Mae Welch Lemmon
She was precede in death by her husband Rev Ed Cook, and daughter Blanch Cook
Son Rev Gordon Cook, one grandson, one great-grandson, two great-great -grandsons.
She is survived by two daughters Brenda (James) Conner of Bryson City, NC
Gwenda (Mack) Shuler of Brevard NC. One son Rev Raymond (Patsy) Cook
Of Marshall, NC. Two brothers Rev Phil Lemmon and Guy Lemmon of Glover SC
One sister Maxine Moore Hendersonville NC. Eight Grand-children, twelve Great-children, sixteen great-great-grandchildren, close friend Aileen McCoy.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Sunday at Swain Memorial Park.
Crisp Funeral Home in charge of arrangements
Keith Stevenson, Raymond Cook and Jamie Cook will officiate the service. The
Burial will be in Swain Memorial Park, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Four Seasons Hospices, 571 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731
