Obituary of INEZ COCHRAN

INEZ COCHRAN, entered her Eternal Home, Thursday August 20, 2009. She was a native of Swain County and was the daughter of John A. Bowers and Ada Phillips. She was the wife of the late Neavil J. Cochran. She was also a loving Christian mother, grandmother, avid gardener and a wonderful provider for her family. Inez was preceded in death by her two sisters, Marie and Freda and three brothers, Clyde, Ora and Fern Bowers.
She is survived by her daughters, Anna Belle Cochran and Garnell Cochran Douthit, one sister Loretta Hicks, two grandchildren Crystal Douthit Rumfelt and Brent Douthit and three Great Grandchildren, Braden, Kellen and Calista Rumfelt.
The Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Monday, August 24, 2009 at Crisp Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home one hour prior to the service. The Rev. Al Alamany and Rev. Chris Rumfelt will officiate. She will be laid to rest at Swain Memorial Park.
