Obituary of Buddy Southards

Buddy Southards age 71 of Lampassas,Texas formerly of Bryson City, NC passed away Sunday, November 15th in an Austin Texas hospital after a brief illness.
He was preceded in death by his wife Deanie Southards and their special dog Pepe, his dad Ralph Southards and his mom Edith Southards of Bryson City.
He is survived by a daughter Stacey Schewbe of Wisconsin, two sons David Scott of Oklahoma and James Southards of Lampassas. He is also survived by two sisters Linda Keener(Wayne) of Bryson City and Wanda Barker of Whittier NC, a brother Larry Southards of Cummins,Ga and a special brother in law Roger.
He is also survived by a great grandson,several grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
He had two special great nieces Ceana Barker and Shelby Kirkland of Whittier, NC. They were his lil sidekicks. Everytime he came home they always looked forward to the trip to Nabers drive in.
Burial will be in Lampassas, Texas.
He will be greatly missed by his family and all his friends.
