Marjorie Ann Maney Rose (Patsy) of Monroe went home to her Lord and Savior on December 15, 2019. She was born on May 18, 1941 in Swain County. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents George and Helen Maney; twin sister Peggy Sue Maney; husband James Hill Rose Sr; daughter-in-law Janet Rose; and grandson Corey Sean Hollowell. She is survived by; sisters Gail Slagle, Phyllis McDowell, Connie Cunningham, Donna Hall; brothers Kenneth Maney, George (H.E.) Maney, Gary Maney; children Deborah Hollowell, James Rose Jr, Gina Rios; grandchildren Amanda Baucom, Brittany Duquemin, Robert McMurray, James McMurray, Brandon Rose, Jacob Rose; and a loving host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held on December 21, 2019, at 2:00 pm at the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home with Reverend Ben Reed officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 2:00pm prior to the service. Interment will follow at Panther Creek Cemetery in Almond, NC.
