Obituary of Raymond Queen

Raymond Queen, 77, of the Alarka Community, went home to be with the Lord Thursday October 31, 2019. A native of Swain County he was the son of the late Oma Queen.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Marilyn Queen; two daughters, Lisa Queen (Rebekah) of Charlotte, and Janet Shuler (Danny) of Bryson City; two grandsons, Clayton and Colton Shuler both of Bryson City, and one brother Willie Jenkins of Charlotte.
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Saturday at Crisp Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jim Frady will officiate with burial at Swain Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends form 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Saturday at the Funeral Home.
