Scotty Joe Jornigan, 77, of Bryson City, NC formerly of Ohio went home to be with the Lord Thursday, September 19, 2019. A native of Ohio, he was the son of the late Robert and Hazel Ellison Jornigan.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Lulu Bell Settlemeir; and two brothers, Robert and John Jornigan.
He is survived by his children, Michelle Jornigan, Chrystal Hulke, Billy Jornigan, Scott Jornigan, Jr., Jason Jornigan, Tracey Simerly and Tammy Bailor; many grandchildren; and two sisters, Mary Short and Emma Holtz.
A memorial service will be planned at a later date in Ohio.
