Obituary of Robert Glen Parris
Robert Glen Parris, 36, of Whittier went to be with the Lord and his mother Wednesday, June 12, 2019. A native of Whittier, he was the son of Buddy Lee Parris of Whittier and the late Barbara Williamson Parris. He was a member of East Alarka Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry and Gladys Parris and Ollie and Glen Williamson.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Broklynn; step mother, Lillie Parris; two sisters, Christy Skidmore and Angie Reynolds and husband Richard; brother, Buddy Parris and wife Stacy; nieces and nephews, Daniel Skidmore, Allison Skidmore, Noah Clayton, Brianna Reynolds, Kaylee Parris; great niece and nephew, Carter Frady and Sophia Frady; and special uncles, Henry Williamson, D.L. Parris and Harold Parris.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Tuesday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Jeff Waldroup will officiate with burial in the Parris Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Monday at the funeral home.
