Mr. Phillip Justin Arkansas, 32 of Sylva, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Harris Regional Hospital. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 26 Cattle Dr., Whittier, with burial to follow at Hornbuckle Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 AM.
