Ella Mae Rowland, 69, of Whittier went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 1, 2019. A native of Jackson County, she was the daughter of the late Elbert and Bernell Jones Carter and wife of the late Allen Dale Rowland.
She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, James Crisp and wife Alicia; granddaughter, Autumn; step son, Jamie Rowland; step grandchildren, Caleb and Coy Rowland; brothers, William, Albert and James; and sisters, Rachel and Betty.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Danny Lambert will officiate with burial in the Birdtown Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 am Saturday at the funeral home.
