James Arthur Fisher, Jimmy as many knew him passed away April 17, 2019. He was 49. Jimmy was preceded in death by his mother Linda Lue Ensley.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, May 3rd at Green Hill Cemetery in Waynesville NC. Family and friends are welcome to attend.
A special thank you to Tsali Care Center for their loving care of Jimmy while he was a resident.
