Obituary of Joyce Stephenson

Joyce Stephenson, 66, of Brevard, formerly of Bryson City went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, January 16, 2019. A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Leila Collins Stephenson.
She is survived by her children, Angie Shuler, Joey Ball, Brent Ball, Jennifer Sanchez, Joretta Robinson; 17 grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and three siblings.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Mike Cogdill will officiate with burial in the Watkins Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank special friend, Bo Spears, for his care and support.
