Linda Vance Smallwood, 45, of Bryson City, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, May 29, 2012. A native of Florida, she had been a resident of Swain County for the past 14 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Jessica Kearns and husband David of Glen St. Mary, FL, Erica Smallwood and Fiancée Chris Grant of Bryson City; seven grandchildren; one sister, Mickie Jones of St. Cloud, FL; two brothers, Jackie Vance of Ft. Pierce, FL, Gene Vance of Ft. Pierce, FL.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Bryson City Church of God of which she was a member. Rev. Marty Pressley will officiate.
Crisp Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
