William E. Howard of 23 Joy Heights, Bryson City, passed away Monday, October 8, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his father, Levi Henry Howard.
He is survived by his mother, Estella; son, William Howard Jr. (Arrington); granddaughter, Baysden Estella Howard; and his brother, Timothy Howard (Patricia).
A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Rev. Timothy Howard will officiate.
