Obituary of Shelby Jean Garcia

Shelby Jean Mcmahan-Garcia passed away Friday September 27th peacefully at Mountain view manor nursing home. A native of Swain county of the Galbraiths creek community. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Tempie Mcmahan. She was preceded in death by her siblings Grover, Calvin, Wade, Katherine, Glenda and Leona. She was loved dearly and she's leaving many behind starting with her grandchildren Elaina, David, and Eric. Her niece Pam and nephew Eugene they were always so kind to her. Her great-grandchildren Roselyn, Julianna, Emma and Francisco her Bubba. They were with her till the end. Her other grandchildren Brody, Hunter, Jade and booger James jr. and many others who will miss her terribly she loved all her babies. She has left behind five brothers and sisters Roger, Lester, Vivian, Elaine and Linda whom she loved so much. All her nieces and nephews and any family she loved you all. She leaves Three Sons and one daughter, Marsha, Audie, James, and Stephen. To her all her friends and nurses at Mountain View Manor she loved you all. Our family is forever grateful for all the friendships and for all the people that cared for her in ways we weren't able. Shelby was kind-hearted and took care of everyone, she was loved by so many may she rest in peace and be at peace. She is making her garden in the sky with the Lord and her family. Memorial services will be held at Crisp Funeral Home Thursday October 4th from 6 to 7pm
