Obituary of Charles Eugene Wilson

Whittier Dateline: Charles Eugene Wilson, 62, of Union Hill, went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, May 12th, 2012 at his home. A native of Florida, he had been a resident of Swain and Jackson County since 1999. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Roxine Wilson, one son Richard (Cornbread) Wilson of Whittier, one daughter Joyce Ann Miller and husband Ernie of Leaksville, Miss., one brother Sam Andrew Wilson of Texas, and three grandsons, Austin Wilson, Caleb Miller, and Bennett Miller. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Monday in the Chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Kenny Ball will officiate with burial in Thomas Memorial Cemetery.
