Obituary of Richard Evan William Ward

Richard Evan William Ward, age 26, of Bryson City, died Tuesday morning May 22, 2018. Visitation will be Friday, May 25th at 11 a.m. and funeral services at 12 p.m. at Crisp Funeral Home. Services will be followed by the burial at Laurel Branch Cemetery. He is survived by his Nana, Judy Collins; mother, Kymbery Burns and father John Burns; wife Jessica Ward, Sons, Trent, Eli, and Braydon Ward; daughters, Chimaera and Ashlynn Ward; sister Ciera Wiggins and husband Jeremiah Wiggins; and brother Nick Burns. He leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins. Pallbears will be Jeremiah Wiggins, David Lemons, John Burns, Brandon Wiggins, Josh Bradley, and David Rowland. He was a loving son, brother, husband, and Father. He had a passion for music, band, animals, and Alabama football. He was a kind and compassionate man that will be missed greatly. He will live forever in the hearts of many and will never be forgotten.
