Whittier Dateline: Minnie Olivia Ertzberger Mathis age 70 of Whittier passed away at Home with Her Family by Her side April 8, 2012 after a long battle with Cancer gone to be with her heavenly Father in Heaven. Preceded in Death by her Late Husband John B. Mathis and by Her Parents Brannon Ertzberger and Sara Estelle Garner Ertzberger, 2 Brothers James Ertzberger and Paul Ertzberger and 2 Sisters Laura Francis Ertzberger and Vivian Hoffman. She is Survived by her 3 Children, John L. Mathis of Whittier, NC. Tommy Mathis and wife of Dahlonga, Ga. and Dorothy Powell of Bessemer City, NC. 2 Brothers Earl Ertzberger and wife of York, SC. and William Ertzberger of Hudson, NC. 7 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren. The Family will receive Friends Tuesday April 10, 2012, 1 hour before service at 1:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Funeral Service at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 10, 2012 in the Chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Marty Pressley will officiate.
