I spent the better parts of my adult life searching for Clyde as he was my father. I was born in 1977 in Pontiac Michigan him and my mother separated before she was aware she was pregnant they met in Texas in 1976. Through my long search I was able to find his children from his 1st marriage along with another daughter he had with another marriage in 1975 (I believe). After all that we found him in January 2017 in North Carolina my husband drove me too meet him and what a surprise to him I was his and that I had found all of his other children. We went to see him once again after that with our 2 sons and had planned for all of his 3 daughters to come to him and reunite in May of 2018. My husband sons and I were set to visit him on August 23, 2017. Sadly that was not ment to be. Nor was the trip reuniting with all of his daughters. It has been an amazing journey for our family and he gave us more than he ever knew. And he was certainly happier during this time than he had been in sometime. He is loved and missed by all of his girls. Rest on peace Daddy.
