John Lee Hyde passed away at his home on Sunday, April 21, 2024. He was the son of David Patrick and Hessie Ball Hyde. He was 85 years old.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers Clyde, Dale, and Elmer Hyde, sisters Lucille Johnson and Edna Chambers.
John is survived by his wife Shirley Guge Hyde of 65 years, 2 sons Jimmy Hyde (Vickie), Joel Hyde, two grandchildren David Hyde (Virginia), Selena Hyde, two great grandchildren Mya Hyde, Roxanne White, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends galore.
He was a member of Hillside Baptist Church.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, April 27, at 2:00 PM at Lauada Cemetery. Pastor Al Alemany will conduct the services.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday, April 27th at Lauada Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be David Hyde, Tim Breedlove, Terry Hyde, Sam Hyde, Scott Cody, Donald Guge.
