I am saddened that Jacque passed away. We met during my search for my Mother's family. Her grandmother, Arvie, and my Granmother, Tida, were sisters. I cherish my visits with Jacque and Shorty. Such wonderful people. My prayers are with all of her precious family. Brenda Gladden

I feel sadness for your loss of such a precious mother, grandmother and wife. I have so many fond memories of her as a young girl. She was a lot of fun. I particularly remember our camping week at Deep Creek and the skunk eating our Oreos. Many band trips and band camps. Prayers for all of you in the days to come.

It is with great sorrow to learn the news of Mrs. Shook's passing. I had the pleasure of knowing her, and the Shook family, since I was a young boy. She was always kind and gracious to me, both as a child, and as an adult, as well as anyone else I saw her come into contact. She was a wonderful woman who lived an equally wonderful life and will be truly missed.
