My first memory of Ms. Wilma is from when I was a student at West Elementary. She was lovingly called the “school Grandma” because she treated each and every one of us like her own. She was so good to us. I will never forget the kindness and love she showed me. She and her family are some of my favorite people in the world. Kim is a dear, dear friend to me and her kids have always been so kind to me. I don’t know Hope as well, but I know that she is a kind soul. Please know y’all are all in our prayers and we love you all!! May God wrap you in his comforting arms in the coming days

I am praying for you all. Wilma was a great blessing in my life and I will miss her so much she made me laugh so much even when we just talked on the phone . A piece of my heart is gone . Wilma was a good friend to me. I loved her dearly. I felt if I needed her for anything, all I had to do was call. I will miss just knowing that she is not close by. My prayers and thoughts go out to Charles, Kim and Hope and all the grandkids. She loved all of them deeply. Will see her again someday!

I have many great memories of my Aunt Wilma. As an Air force family we travelled a lot, but if we were in the US we travelled to Bryson City NC and Caryville Tennessee spending an awesone summer month with my dad's family. Floating deep creek, swimming Wolf lake , fishing with Uncle Charles. I have a fond memory of Wilma teaching me to dance the Waltz. Wilma was full of love, acceptance, and enthusiasm. You will be missed. Soon , very soon, we shall meet again and share a dance of celebration and praise in the presence of our Lord and King.
