I'm late to writing this but I'll put it now. I don't have any pictures of my brother, no heavy memories, no funny stories of just the two of us. I joined the family late and even if he is my step brother he is still my brother. The few years I knew him we were close and I knew him to be my oldest brother. He's always been and always will be my oldest brother. I miss his laugh, how stubborn he was when it came to sun screen and getting sunburned right after. His love for blue shoes and his warm hugs. His wide smile and dirty blonde hair. A heart big enough for anyone, even the ones who don't and never deserved him. He was there for everyone who needed him even if he was in a low place. He accepted me as his sister and that's the title I will always claim. He left too early and there's so much to say. I miss him like crazy. I wish we could have been closer, a real dynamic duo. He was too young and he deserves way more than this world can offer. I love you Josh, even now, you're always on my mind. Always and forever. ~Xaea (Kota) Jennings

From the first moment I laid eyes on Josh as a newborn, he had my heart. He had such a warm and compassionate nature - no matter what life threw at him. I’m going to miss his sense of humor, those giant hugs, and that huge grin. Words can’t describe how much I’ll miss him.
