Gertie Williams, 84, of the Needmore Community went home to be with the Lord and her husband, Billy Williams Saturday, April 3, 2021.
A native of Swain County, she was the daughter of the late Troy and Maude Hamrick Allen.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Dessie Parton and Mary Holder.
Gertie is survived by her daughter, Robin Williams; sister, Helen Hall; brother, Clyde Allen; and several loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Sunday at Maple Springs Baptist Church. Rev. Neal Ammons will officiate.
