To the family...you are in my thoughts at this time of sadness. But on the happy side, Vivian is now reunited with all the loves of her life. I have such fond memories of Vivian and Mildred from school and as an adult. They both touched so many lives and will always be remembered.

Vivi Ann and Dee Dee,
This world has lost a kind and gracious lady, and Heaven has gained a saint. Mrs. Williams, and your mother and father truly touched my life and made it far better. I've thought of them often over the years, always with great memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is actually the whole community''s loss. Mrs. Williams was such a huge part of of lives as she taught us. She was a great teacher and role model for so manyof us. After I got older, I would see her amd Mrs. Wood and she always remembered me and stop to visit. I think she remembered all her former students because she loved us all. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. May God''s love give you peace and comfort.

I was so sadden by the passing of Vivian Penland Williams. No more suffering Ms. William! Not only was she my 5th grade teacher, but, my cousin on her father's side of the family. She was such a wonderful teacher. She always made class so interesting and creative which kept our attention. (well most of the time). Her sister, Mildred Wood, was also my 7th grade teacher. They were my mother's 1st cousin. I loved both of them very much and visited with them on my trips back to Bryson. I am sure the whole community will miss her as they do Mildred I was honored to be a flower girl in her wedding, 18 Aug 1950, to Paul Banner Williams, along with my friend and her other cousin, Peggy Sue Chambers Thomas. She and Paul were so happy together. My thoughts and prayers go out to DeeDee,Viv Ann and their family. My thoughts and prayers go out to each of you. May our Heavenly Father watch over them and give them peace and comfort.

So Sorry to hear that Precious Mrs. William has passed away! She & Mrs. Wood had such an influence on my early life. They were both, very gifted teachers and you knew they loved what they did. Mrs. Williams encouraged me to tap into my creativity and I am forever grateful. It is hard to talk about one and not the other, They were so close and truely Special Ladies!!! Thoughts and Prayers to her family.
