Calvin Coolidge Wikle, 73, of the Needmore Community passed away Sunday, January 10, 2010 at his residence. A native of Swain County, he was the son of the late Everett and Edith Slagle Wikle. Calvin had been working for Ken-Mar Estates for the past 25 years.
He is survived by two sisters, Joyce Branham of Cincinnati, OH, Iris Warner and husband Clayton of Lansford, PA.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Rev. Jeff Waldroup will officiate with burial in the Grave Gap Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
