July 3, 2010 BRYSON CITY…………………DATELINE 1st SGT. PAUL T. HALL, 81, of Carson Rd, went home to be with the Lord, Friday, July 2, 2010 at his residence. After retiring from the U.S. Army with more than 20 years of service, Paul lived most of the time in Swain County. He was the son of the late Jesse Hall and Emma Johnson Hall Brooks. He was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. He owned and operated Hall's Tire Service in Sylva. He was preceded in death by his wife Else, a son Billy, 2 Sisters Martha Hall and Betty Cooper and 2 brothers John and Junior Hall. He is survived by 2 Sisters- Ollie Saeli and Onita Turpin both of Sylva Several nieces and nephews also survive Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Monday in the Chapel of Crisp Funeral Home. Bob Marr will officiate with burial to follow in Fairview Memorial Gardens with Military Graveside Services. The family will receive friends from 10 until 11:00 am Monday at the Funeral Home
